You Have Lots of Site Options

Do-It-Yourself Sites - Sites that you can modify at any time using a web-based set of administrative tools.  Setting up a site is the easy part.  Maintaining the site on-going is the harder and more expensive part.  That's one of the Connecting Folks differences. We believe your site should be under your control - allowing you to make changes whenever you want without the need of having a programmer on-staff or on-call - or the need to live with someone else's page templates and arbitrary limitations.

This type of site is generally appropriate for the larger enterprise and Home Owner Associations - and has monthly costs for $31 or $41 depending on feature options. Invoicing for the site is performed by our partner, Nord Enterprises and can be quarterly, semi-annually, or annually (with a 5% discount). Start up costs are invoiced by Connecting Folks and can be anywhere from $0 (you do the start up) to about $350 (one-time) based on the complexity of the site.  Click the "Do-It-Yourself" button on the left for more information.

Customer (Turnkey) Sites - Sites that we build and maintain for you.  These are sites that we have to maintain the old fashioned way (manually).  They are generally more suitable for smaller enterprises needing a simple site with fewer than 10 pages, a limted number of photos and documents, and no user security.

If your site plans fit that definition, the monthly cost is $15 and is invoiced annually at $180.  The start up costs can be anywhere from $100 to about $500 depending on the complexity, with most sites falling into the $200 (one-time) range.  Click the "Turnkey Sites" button on the left for more information.

Short-Term Rental Sites - Sites that you use with no long-term committment.  We build them from content you provide via email.  They can include text, documents, maps, images, photos, etc.  The only difference is that you can't change the look and feel.  Cost?  A very affordable $25/quarter, with a one quarter minimum.  Click the "Rental Sites" button on the left for more information.
